Thank you for visiting the City of Benicia's online General Billing and Utility Billing portal. Please click on the Self Service menu on the left of your screen to login as normal or to sign up for a new account. Under "Utility Billing" make sure that you are in your "Account Summary" page and click on the "Pay Now" option located next to your current balance.

ANNOUNCEMENT: If you are currently enrolled in Auto pay and need to update the card information on file, you must first have a balance due and will be given the option to delete your current enrollment as you make a one-time manual payment. Once the "delete" link has been selected, the prompt will then change to "enroll" and must be selected prior to you completing your payment.
